Disney Speedstorm’s Season 21 “Madrigal Miracle”, inspired by Disney’s Encanto, is almost here, and the team has been working on changes and improvements to the game based on community feedback.

SEASON 21 CHANGES 

NEW RACERS

Mirabel (Defender, Epic), Isabela (Speedster, Rare), and Luisa (Brawler, Common) from Disney’s Encanto are joining the race!

• Mirabel Tale event: Jul 30 - Aug 5.
• Isabela Tale event: Aug 13 - 19.
• Luisa Tale event: Aug 27 - Sep 2.

SEASON RACERS

Season Pass Racers:

• Part 1 - Carl Fredrickson & Frozone.
• Part 2 - Russell & Fix-It Felix.

Diamond Pass Max Outs:

• Part 1 - Winnie the Pooh, Nick Wilde, Mr. Incredible, or Steamboat Mickey.
• Part 2 - Tigger, Flash, Randall, Hector Barbossa, or Stitch

CARDS & ALBUMS

We're introducing Cards, a brand-new collectible item type. Collect Cards and complete Albums to earn various rewards!

Season 21 will feature four sets of Cards to be released gradually - Aladdin, Mickey and Friends, Lilo & Stitch and Cars!

JUNGLE RUINS UPDATE

Two new Tracks have been added to the Jungle Ruins environment!

DR. FINKELSTEIN VOICEOVER

Dr. Finkelstein is getting a voiceover, making The Nightmare Before Christmas Collection now fully voiced.

IMPROVED EVENTS MENU

The Special Events menu is now more streamlined, and you can find all the ongoing Tales, Grand Prix and other Events in a single tab!

LUMINA FEST

You’re officially invited to the in-game Lumina Fest - a special Grand Prix event starting August 24. Take part for an easy unlock of Lightning McQueen, Go Go Tomago, Rapunzel, Ralph and Stitch, get brand-new Suits, and more rewards!

MULTIPLAYER BOOST

Activate the new MP Boost and start getting more MPL Points for your Racers! This will help you progress to the higher Leagues and get all the rewards faster!

While the MP Boost is active, you can also get daily bonus gifts. Don’t miss them!

NEW SUPER KARTS 

We’re adding two new Super Karts: Silkstrike Kart for Speedsters, and Lumina Kart for Brawlers. Unlock the Super Karts for more speed and new skills!

Important: You can now use Super Karts for Racers with any amount of Stars, instead of only at Star 3+.

PROFILE CUSTOMIZATION UPDATE

You can now purchase any Avatar, Avatar Frame, or Profile Banner with Tokens from the Profile menu.

FRIENDLY RACE UPDATE

You can now choose to enable or disable the use of Crew Members and Supercharge when playing in Private Lobbies and Local Freeplay.

iOS 15 & SAMSUNG GALAXY STORE VERSIONS SUNSET

Starting with Season 21, Disney Speedstorm will no longer be available on iOS 15 or lower, and on Samsung Galaxy Store.

If you’re playing on iOS 15 or lower, please update your software. If your device doesn't support iOS 16 or higher, please transfer your account to a different device to continue playing!

• Refer to in-game "Settings" → "Connect" → "Connect with Code" → "How to Do It" to check the steps on linking your account with a different device.

If you’re playing the game downloaded from the Samsung Galaxy Store, please install the game from the Google Play Store, and link your accounts to continue playing!

NEW ADVENTURE ROAD COLLECTIONS

Adventure Road will now feature Disney’s The Little Mermaid, and Disney and Pixar’s Cars Collections.

RACER BOOST

Racers Shan Yu and Mother Gothel will now be available to select.

NEW SUPERCHARGE RACERS

Jumba from Disney’s Lilo & Stitch, Oogie Boogie from Disney’s The Nightmare Before Christmas, Genie from Disney’s Aladdin, Beast from Disney's Beauty and the Beast, Tia Dalma from Disney’s Pirates of the Caribbean, Moana from Disney’s Moana, and Zuse from Disney’s Tron will be available to select.

SEASON 21 TOURNAMENT AND VAULT PASS

During Season 21, Tournaments and Vault Passes will become available for Disney’s Zootopia.

Tournaments will be available for the Racers: Judy Hopps, Nick Wilde, and Flash.

GENERAL FIXES AND IMPROVEMENTS

• Fixed multiple issues that could occur in the Peter Pan environment.
• Fixed the issue where Racers using autopilot Unique Skills could get stuck on the grind pipes.
• Fixed the visual issue with Skill icons appearing blue.
• Fixed the issue of not being able to select a different Racer using a controller.
• Fixed the issue where Super Kart and Supercharged bonus effects didn't stack correctly when active at the same time.
• Fixed the issue where players couldn’t progress further in the World Map unless all previous nodes were fully completed.

RACER BALANCING

Here’s a breakdown of the Racer balancing improvements coming to the game at the start of Season 21.

RACER BALANCING - BUFFS

RACER YZMA

• Top Speed, and Acceleration stats have been increased.

RACER SHAN YU

• Top Speed, and Acceleration stats have been increased.
• Shan Yu can now drift when using his Charged Unique Skill.

RACER MR. INCREDIBLE

• Top Speed stat has been increased.
• When using his Charged Unique Skill, Mr. Incredible now boosts for a longer period of time and the Boost meter is filling up faster.

RACER RALPH

• Top Speed, and Acceleration stats have been increased.

RACER LIGHTNING MCQUEEN

• Top Speed stat has been increased.
• Passive skill buffed: Speed reduction while drifting is now less.

RACER MALEFICENT

• When Maleficent goes through her lightnings, she now gets a boost.

RACER MOANA

• Normal Unique Skill has been reworked. Instead of performing multiple forward pushes, Moana now receives a single push forward followed by Top Speed increase that scales with the skill level. The skill still leaves behind the same number of slowing waves over the same duration as before.

That’s it for all the changes coming to Season 21. These will go live alongside the launch of the season on July 30.
