NORMAL: Guido rapidly replaces Lightning McQueen's tires with new ones, giving him a speed increase for a short duration. Lightning McQueen's old tires roll backward onto the track, creating obstacles that briefly stun opponents who hit them.
CHARGED ACTIVATION: Lightning McQueen is surrounded by flashing cameras. The flashes blind all opponents around him, applying a slowdown for a short duration.
