Starting with Season 21 launching on July 30th, Disney Speedstorm will no longer be available on Samsung Galaxy Store.

If you’re playing the game downloaded from the Galaxy Store, you need to link your account with the Google Play Store version of the game, or continue playing on a different platform. Here’s how to do it.

Option 1 - You have two Android mobile devices

1. Download Disney Speedstorm on one of the devices from Google Play Store, and complete the tutorial there.
2. Now that you have Galaxy Store version of Speedstorm on one device, and Google Play Store version on the second one, open them on both devices.
3. Go to “Options” → “Connect” → “Connect with Code”. Press “How to do it” and follow the instructions there.
   1. You can also use “Connect with Gameloft ID”, if you have one.
4. When accounts are connected, continue playing the Google Play Store version of the game.

Option 2 - You have one Android mobile device and one other device that supports Disney Speedstorm (iOS, PC, PlayStation, Xbox, Switch)

1. Download Disney Speedstorm on your other gaming devices, and complete the tutorial there.
2. Open the game on both devices you have.
3. Go to “Options” → “Connect” → “Connect with Code”. Press “How to do it” and follow the instructions there.
   1. You can also use “Connect with Gameloft ID”, if you have one.
4. When accounts are connected, you can continue playing only from your other gaming device, or you can delete the Galaxy Store version of the game, download the Google Play Store version, and connect your account to it to continue playing on mobile.

Option 3 - You have one Android mobile device

1. Download Disney Speedstorm from Google Play Store, so that you have two versions of the game on your mobile device (Galaxy Store and Google Play Store ones).
2. Complete the tutorial on the Google Play Store version of the game.
3. On your device, go to “Settings” → “Apps” → “Disney Speedstorm” → “App Battery Usage” → Set to “Unrestricted”. Do this for both versions of the game installed. This will allow you to run them at the same time.
   1. This setting can be reverted to default once account is transfered.
4. Open both versions of the game on your device at the same time, Go to “Options” → “Connect” → “Connect with Code” on both of them. Press “How to do it” and follow the instructions there.
5. When accounts are connected, continue playing the Google Play Store version of the game.
