Join the special in-game music festival with headlining racers taking the spotlight!

Hey Speedstars,

The stage is set for Lumina Fest! Join our in-game music festival, where headlining racers take the spotlight and a brand-new soundtrack sets the vibe for the celebration! You won’t want to miss it!

OVERVIEW

Lumina Fest is held from August 24 till September 12, 2026. It is divided into three separate Grand Prix events, scheduled one after another.

Anyone can take part in the Lumina Fest, and you can get a lot of rewards from it! Even if you’re just starting out your Disney Speedstorm adventure, you can participate in all Grand Prix daily events, since all the required Racers for them can be unlocked for free!

If you play at least a single race in every Lumina Fest daily events, you will unlock such Racers as Lightning McQueen, Go Go Tomago, Rapunzel, and more!

UNLOCKING RACERS

Let’s take a look at how the first couple of days of the Lumina Fest will be working:

On Aug 24, take part in the event playing as Mickey Mouse. Just completing a single race will grant you 5 Shards of Go Go Tomago (the first headlining racer) next day.
On Aug 25, race as Mike Wazowski (his 10 Shards will be available for free in the Shop). This will give you at least 5 more Shards for Go Go Tomago next day.
On Aug 26-27 the required Racer is Go Go Tomago, which you now should unlock thanks to playing previous two days!

This schedule will repeat for all 5 headlining Racers, so race every day of the Lumina Fest at least once to claim rewards and unlock new Racers for free!

NEW CONTENT

Lumina Fest is introducing new shiny Racer Suits for Go Go Tomago, Rapunzel, Ralph, and Stitch, while also adding a brand-new soundtrack to the game menu. We hope you’ll enjoy this rendition of one of the classic Disney tunes!

COMMUNITY MILESTONES

To make the Fest even more fun, we’re having a special global community event with more rewards waiting!

Everyone’s racing will contribute to unlocking milestone rewards. Once the community achieves a certain objective, a reward will be waiting for you as a redeem code in our official Discord server and other socials.

We will have more details on this community event very soon, but you can expect Racer Shards, Tune Coins, and more!
